What is hemophilia? Why would a relatively minor cuts and bruises be hazardous to a person with hemophilia?

So miner cuts and bruises could be hazardous because if they get a bruise they could could bleed to much under the skin and get sick, and a minor cut could not stop bleeding and they could again, bleed to much and lose a lot of blood.

  9. Hemophilia is when someone is cut or starts bleeding or is bruised and the blood is not clotting so they just keep bleeding until they ether get medical attention or until they die. Even relatively minor cuts could end up killing someone because they would keep bleeding until they had no blood left

  12. Hemophilia is a medical condition in which the ability of the blood to clot is severely reduce. If you had hemophilia then it wouldn't be good if you had cuts because if your blood didn't clot and make scabs or something you could bleed out with just one little scratch.

  18. Hemophilia is a disease of the blood that prevents or nearly prevents clotting of the blood. A cause of this disease would be bleeding to death. If you bruised, you may drown in your own blood or over fill with blood.

  19. When your body bleeds it creates clots this is called coagulation cascade. There are special proteins called coagulation factors. with any of these factors missing you have a higher chance of bleeding. Once it closes out side but you still bleed inside.
    MInor cuts and bruises could bleed a lot more then a normal persons cut or bruise.
